1. On August 2016, Defendant 201 senior 3025 senior police officers visited “C” operated by the Victim B, and became aware of the victim.

A. On December 5, 2016, the defrauded stated that, around 11:00 on December 5, 2016, the Defendant entered “C” located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, that he/she was named as “(State)” and that he/she would purchase a set of golf loans, and that the price would be later remitted from E.

However, in fact, the defendant was not an executive officer of the (ju) E, and there was no intention or ability to pay the defendant's delivery price, even if the defendant had received golf bonds from the injured party, because the defendant attempted to provide the above president with golf bonds as futures.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received one F golf seed pool equivalent to the market price of 3.5 million won from the injured party and acquired it by deceiving the victim.

B. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased a 1 set of golf loans for women at the places indicated in paragraph (a) around December 14:00 on December 7, 2016, the Defendant falsely stated that “1 million won shall be paid in cash and the remainder of KRW 3.50,000 shall be paid in E later.”

However, in fact, the defendant would have the Standing Director purchase the above golf loans in KRW 1 million.

Since talking about 1 million won and receiving 1 million won, there was no reason to pay the price in E, and there was no intention or ability to pay the price for Defendant India.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received one of the golf seed pool of 1,350,000 won from the victim, and acquired it by fraud.
