A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative of the KFI who manufactures lighting organizations in Suwon-si H.
Any person engaged in the business of manufacturing electrical appliances subject to safety certification shall obtain the safety certification from any safety certification institution as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy for each model of the electrical appliances subject to safety certification, and any manufacturer of the electrical appliances subject to safety certification shall, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, make a report thereon to the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy after obtaining the safety confirmation test from any safety certification institution or any safety confirmation testing institution designated for each model of the electrical appliances subject to safety confirmation, and shall not manufacture any electrical appliances subject to safety confirmation without obtaining such safety
1. Manufacturing;
A. From March 17, 2014 to December 9, 2014, the Defendant manufactured the LED lamps (scamping type) 129,147 with respect to the electrical appliances subject to safety confirmation, which have been operated by the Defendant, who was in Suwon-si H, from March 17, 2014 to December 9, 2014.
B. From August 1, 2014, to October 29, 2014, the Defendant manufactured the J of the LED (U) 24,175 LEM equipment for electrical appliances subject to safety certification without obtaining safety certification.
C. From October 6, 2014 to December 9, 2014, the Defendant manufactured K (18W, 26W) 31,497 electrical appliances subject to safety assurance reporting, which did not receive a safety assurance report, at K (18W, 26W).
2. Selling;
(a) No. 1(a) for the Defendant to sell LED lamps(s).
In order to sell two electrical appliances manufactured as above at the same time and at the same place as the foregoing to L, which is the customer.
