1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. On August 31, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant for KRW 40,000,000 for the lease deposit and KRW 40,000 for the lease deposit and KRW 40,000 for the lease deposit to the Defendant on the same day, and the fact that the said lease agreement has expired due to the expiration of the period is not disputed between the parties.
B. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay KRW 40,000,00 to the plaintiff at the same time with the order of Osan City C, 302.
2. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
