1. The Defendant’s contract for a monetary loan for consumption, No. 341, dated June 5, 2014, dated June 5, 2014, against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 15, 2014, Plaintiff B entered into an employee agreement (FP) agreement with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant employee agreement”) and was dismissed on or around June 2015 after having worked as an insurance solicitor (hereinafter “C branch”) from February 2014. The main contents of the said employee agreement are as follows.

1. “B” (referred to as “B”) shall receive, at least once, the membership code registration or allowances from the C branch office of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. managed by “A” (State branch office), and at the same time, shall agree to register as a member of “A” and undertake to comply with the rules and regulations as a member of “A”.

2. Under the control of "A", 10 million won shall be provided for guarantee insurance for the recovery of the following allowances and prize money subsidized by "B", and where guarantee is not paid, the subscription certificate of a bill (one person who has received at least 50,000 won in property tax or one person who has received benefits as joint and several sureties) shall be 30 million won:

(1) IN GENERAL. - Basic allowances - 100,000 won for the head office payment (e.g., 1,000 won) - Performance 250% of the K-Conversion’s result (e.g., 150% of the amount of raw insurance) or 350% of the amount of K-Conversion’s result (e.g., 150%) - 300,000 won of the amount of K-Conversion’s result of non-life insurance (pension, 150%) - 850,000 won of the amount of lump-sum payment (e.g., 85% of the amount calculated at the time of delayed payment) - 10,000 won of the total amount of the amount of the subsidy for the head office payment (e., 50,000 won of the amount of the payment) - 300,000 won or more per month of the fulfillment of the requirements for payment (e.g., registration, guarantee certificate 3000, 2.
