1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 408,786,267 and KRW 89,406,805 among them, from December 2, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, "creditor" is deemed "Plaintiff", and "debtor" is deemed "defendant". 2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act (However, the provision on statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015).
