1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 9, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased, as a broker of the Defendants, the right to sell the E Apartment No. 109 Dong 1004 (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

Meanwhile, the above 109 Dong 109 and the ground plan of the apartment of this case are as shown in the attached Form.

2. Determination

A. The summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion was introduced as the apartment of this case, which is the apartment of the right south.

The Plaintiff believed the horses of the Defendants and purchased the apartment sale right of the instant apartment.

However, the apartment of this case is not an apartment for the right south, but an apartment.

Therefore, the defendants are obliged to compensate for damages since they provided false information in mediating acts to the plaintiff.

B. In addition to the purport of the entire pleadings, the evidence revealed earlier: (a) 109 apartment units in which the apartment unit in this case belongs are in the shape of “bb”, and the living room of some households reports the south side; (b) the apartment unit in this case is located in the part of a plucker, plucker, etc. among “b”, and part of the apartment unit in this case is facing the south side; (c) the sale price of the apartment unit in this case is lower than that of ordinary apartment units in the same way as the other consent seeing that the right to sell the apartment unit in this case is in the south side; and (d) the space of the apartment unit in this case is two, and the rest is in the south, and (e) the defendants show the view and ground plan at the time of the sale contract of the apartment unit in this case to the Plaintiff (the same view and ground plan are also recognized in other licensed real estate agents' offices adjacent to the Korean Licensed Real Estate Agents' Office).
