Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the owner of the division of 106 of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G commercial building (a.e., operation, b., multi-Dong main building and new building) and 106 of the said 106 and the director of the H, and promoted remodeling projects for the inside of the 2nd floor operation of the G commercial building, along with Defendant B and I, who is the chairperson of the H, operating the I in the G commercial building.
1. On October 3, 2015, at around 12:00, the Defendants: (a) obstructed the Defendants’ business by demanding seven merchants, including the J of the victimized merchant, who sold goods in the said commercial building, to leave the said merchant; (b) obstructed the entry of the said merchant; (c) the customers who found the said place and the security personnel in charge of maintaining the order of and managing the order of the said commercial building, by blocking by placing three plastic doors and tape.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with 10 service employees, and interfered with the store operation duties of the victims and the building management duties of K for the victims by force for about one hour.
2. Defendant A’s insult, on the ground that the victim K was prevented at a temporary place of Paragraph 1, and that the victim K was prevented, Defendant A’s insultd the victim publicly by publicly alleging that the said merchant was “this son, she must do, she must do so, and she shall do so.”
3. The Defendants in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. by Defendant B and Defendant C (damage, etc. to co-owned property) jointly with 10 employees for services. On October 4, 2015, around 00:00, the Defendants damaged the victims’ property jointly with 10 employees for services, by removing 2 houses owned by the victim L, 3 stores owned by the victim M, 5 stores owned by the victim N, 20 stores owned by the victim, 3 stores owned by the victim, 20 stores owned by the victim, 33 stores owned by the victim P, and 10 employees for services.
