4. Scheduled date of commencement: The scheduled date of completion of construction on December 10, 2015: The period of construction supervision on December 10, 2015 under the Housing Act (Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents): 1,64,00,000 won (excluding value-added tax): the contract amount on December 10, 2015: 1,664,000 won: the base date of the scheduled date of commencement of construction: the contract period of 13. The period of contract: 24 months from the date of commencement (scheduled: December 10, 2013 to December 9, 2015) - the contract term of housing construction supervision services - the scope of housing construction supervision services under Article 2 (Scope of Housing Construction Services) shall apply to the performance of construction supervision services of housing construction works after obtaining approval for a project plan under Article 24 of the Housing Act;

(1) A supervisor shall perform basic duties and perform special duties at the request of a project proprietor, as prescribed by the terms and conditions of the contract for housing construction work supervision services.

(2) The term "basic duties" means the following duties:

1. Examining the appropriateness of the construction plan, process schedule and design documents;

2. Examining and verifying whether the constructor executes the construction work in conformity with the design documents;

3. Review and confirmation of matters concerning the location, specification, etc. of a structure;

4. Examining and verifying the suitability of materials used;

5. Planning, execution guidance, and review and confirmation of the results of testing for quality control;

6. Examining and verifying the level of execution of water leakage, soundproofing, and insulations;

7. Safety management in the prevention of disasters and execution of works;

8. Verification of the suitability of design documents with respect to the relevant topography and the propriety of design changes;

11. All supervisory duties arising from balcony expansion works; 12. Other supervisory duties prescribed by relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as various reports, inspections, tests, quality confirmations, and reports pertaining thereto.
