On June 18, 2004, Korea Lease Co., Ltd. was sentenced to the Seoul Central District Court (2003Ma221892) that "the defendant shall pay 600,000,000 won to the Korean Lease Credit Co., Ltd. and 20% interest per annum from April 9, 2004 to the day of full payment."

The above judgment was finalized on August 18, 2004.

On May 2, 2011, the Korea Lease Credit Co., Ltd. transferred its claim by the above judgment to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant thereof at that time.

The plaintiff seeks a judgment identical with the above judgment in order to extend the prescription period of the above judgment.
