1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 230,975,674 as well as KRW 217,480,00 among them, from June 12, 2019 to the day of full payment.
According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the defendant extended a loan of KRW 108,195,50,500,109,285,000 from the plaintiff on March 8, 2017 to KRW 10.5% on a delayed interest rate, and KRW 10.5% on a delayed interest rate. The defendant delayed the payment of principal and interest after the due date of maturity, and paid the principal and interest at KRW 217,480,00 (= KRW 108,195,000, KRW 109,285,000) on a total sum of the principal and interest accrued from attempted amounts to KRW 13,495,674 (=6,714,017, KRW 6,781,657) on a deferred interest rate of KRW 106,745,781,6757) on a total of the principal and interest accrued to the plaintiff as of June 11, 2019
The plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
