1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 per annum from November 8, 2015 to November 18, 2015, and the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum.

Reasons

With respect to KRW 200,00,000 based on a lease agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on September 14, 2013, and the return of the deposit after delivery of the house on November 7, 2015 (only the details necessary for the specification of the lawsuit shall be stated, and the remaining parts shall be omitted pursuant to Article 11-2(3) of the Trial of Small Claims, which applies mutatis mutandis under Article 13 of the Housing Lease Protection Act).
