A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
[20 highest 741] The Defendant served as the occupant at “C” on the first floor of Jinju-si from December 2019 to March 2020.
The Defendant used bonds due to the shortage of living expenses, and caused excessive burden of debt, which led to the Defendant to use a credit card issued in the name of another person using personal information recorded in the application form for subscription to mobile phones prepared by the visiting person.
1. Crimes related to mobile phones;
A. A. The Defendant entered the crime related to joining the mobile phone under the name of D [Forgery of private documents and uttering of a falsified investigation document] around January 13, 2020, when the Defendant visited and asked D who purchased the LG mobile phone to exchange it with the AB mobile phone at the C store, he opened a new DNA phone thereafter, and thought D to receive return of the existing LG mobile phone, and entered D’s “D” and “E” in the applicant column of “D” and address column, and sent D’s signature next to the D’s name, and then sent one copy of the forged D’s “E service application” under the above name as if it was a document established.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of “E Service Application”, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.
B. On February 21, 2020, the Defendant forged a private document related to the act of entering the name of G and the use of a falsified investigation document at C Burial: (a) stated that the custody of the application for the change of name of G was “G” and “G” in the applicant column for the “E Service Application” in the name column, and forged one copy of the “E Service Application” in the name name by signing on the name side; and (b) stated the forged “E Service Application” as above, and is a document duly formed with the employees of the E-type room without knowledge of the forged fact.
