Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On July 17, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Seoul Central District Court for a year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariana) and the judgment was finalized on the 25th of the same month.
【Criminal Facts】
1. C-related import of marijuana;
A. A. On April 28, 2013, the Defendant offered that “A” with the Defendant, at the D’s residence located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, “A” with marijuana in the U.S., where the Defendant paid money for flight and water costs.
On April 27, 2013, C consented to the above proposal: (a) around 2013, at New York, sealed approximately 1 pound1 (453g) of marijuana packed from a person who was named in the name of the deceased; (b) stored it in the baggage bags; and (c) entered through Busan Kimhae Airport on April 28, 2013, and delivered it to the Defendant and D.
B. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant offered D, along with D, to the same purport as C around September 2013. Around September 22, 2013, the Defendant agreed to the proposal, C, which was sealed in the name of the deceased in New York, stored approximately 1 pound of marijuana stored in the face of the baggage and stored it in the face of the baggage. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea through the Busan Kimhae Airport and delivered it to the Defendant and D.
C. On February 28, 2014, the Defendant offered the same purport as D, and around February 2014, the Defendant offered the same proposal to C, and around February 27, 2014, C consented to the proposal, which was packaged from F (one-day G) from the U.S. S. Accordingly, the defendant imported marijuana in collusion with D and C three times.
2. H-related import of marijuana;
A. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant offered D through D, to the effect that “Ah with marijuana in the United States, for the purpose of giving money at flight rates and water rates.”
H consenting to the above proposal shall be the United States. around June 9, 2013.
