On November 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year in August 19, 2014 by the Seoul Northern District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dangerous Driving Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) and became final and conclusive on November 19, 2014.

On June 19, 2014, the C Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “C”) held a second vision and a happy meeting claiming the fact-finding in relation to the Sewol ferry from June 28, 2014 to June 200, with approximately 10,00 members of its organization, citizens, etc., and following two-lanes of the progress direction to the Cheong River square through the Human Rights Commission, from June 28, 2014 to June 19, 2014.

On June 28, 2014, at around 17:10, organizations, such as C, the National Agriculture's Association, and the National Public Officials' Union, participated in the second national conference, and the number of participants increased to about 4,000, this conference was terminated, and approximately 3,000 participants began to proceed around 17:40.

At around 18:10, the Defendant, as above, was present at the meeting of the second national conference, and around 3,000, occupied eight lanes in the end angles, and displayed a flick card stating “D leaving, E is responsible, and F is responsible,” and made it impossible for the Defendant to communicate all vehicles in the direction of the past angles for 40 minutes from 18:50 to 18:50.

Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with approximately 3,00 participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic of land for about 40 minutes.
