1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 28,862,392 as well as KRW 28,406,88 among them, per annum from July 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Judgment without any applicable provisions of law(Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
