The defendant is a person who has worked as a B employee.

1. On January 14, 2014, the Defendant: around 16:49, placed KRW 10,000 per day (10,000), which is the sales proceeds of the clothing, in the calculation column operated by the victim D located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, in order to use the gap without the victim, in the calculation column in B operated by the victim D, and was stolen.

2. The Defendant, at around January 19, 2014, stolen KRW 10,00,00 per 1 copy of the victim D’s right to KRW 10,00 in the same manner as at the same place as at paragraph (1).

3. On January 21, 2014, the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as Paragraph 1, took a theft of KRW 20,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 17:56.

4. On February 15, 2014, around 16:38, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 20,000,00, 200, 200, 200, located in the same place as that of the victim D, in the same manner as that of paragraph 1

5. On February 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 20,000 by bringing KRW 20,000, 200, 200, 200,000, located in the same place as that of the victim D in paragraph (1).

6. On February 20, 2014, at around 18:18, the Defendant, at the same place as in paragraph (1), stolen KRW 20,000, KRW 20,000, KRW 20, 200, 300, 300, 300.

7. On February 20, 2014, at around 19:09, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of KRW 20,000, KRW 20,000, 200, 200, 200, located in the same place as in paragraph (1).
