1. The defendant shall indicate (a), (b), (c), (d), and (d) the separate drawings on the second floor of the real estate listed in the separate list to the plaintiffs.
According to the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Plaintiffs leased the part of the building stated in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) to the Defendant on January 9, 2017, with the lease deposit of KRW 10 million from January 13, 2017 to January 13, 2019, and KRW 500,000 (excluding value-added tax) from January 13, 2017. The Defendant did not pay the lease deposit amount of KRW 2 million from April 5, 2017 to June 5, 2017. According to the fact that the Plaintiffs did not pay the above money to the Defendant on July 13, 2017, the Defendant sent the lease deposit and the remainder of the building in arrears to the Defendant on July 14, 2017, and the Defendant can be duly acknowledged as having not delivered the deposit money to the Defendant by July 27, 2017.
Therefore, the plaintiffs' claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
