A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
On March 28, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.249% without obtaining a driver’s license from the intersection in the Busan Jin-dong, Busan, to the front road of the criminal electric bridge located in the same side of the Gu.
