At around 19:00 on June 23, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in any means of public transportation, such as taking passengers, by putting the Defendant’s sexual flag part attached to the subway No. 4 line Station and the cultural park platform of the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 194, after the victim D (n, 28 years of age) who intends to board the electric vehicle.

However, this court has a duty to submit personal information to related agencies pursuant to Articles 42(1) and 43 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes when the suspension of sentence becomes invalidated in accordance with Article 61(1) of the Criminal Act.
