1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.

The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as follows, except for the rejection of the Defendant’s assertion No. 9, which is insufficient to acknowledge the Defendant’s assertion as evidence that was additionally submitted in the trial, and therefore, it is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. As such, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. If so, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals against the defendant's principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
