Purport of claim and appeal
judgment of the first instance.
The reasoning of the judgment of this court for the acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is as follows: “The plaintiff submitted at the first instance court 8 and 9” in the front of the judgment of the first instance court No. 9; “The plaintiff shall include evidence No. 8 and 9 submitted at the first instance court ; and “the plaintiff shall not know about the cause and progress of the injury in this case; the existence and degree of the fault in the military service as asserted by the plaintiff;” and “the ground for recognition No. 6, No. 5, No. 7 / [the ground for recognition], No. 9, No. 7, No. 7, and No. 14 of the face No. 9; “No. 14” shall be “the court of the first instance; the existing difference shall be “no. ,” and it shall be “the beginning from the point of the outbreak of tuberculosis from the time when two months have passed later from the time of the plaintiff’s military intervention,” and it shall be cited by Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 40 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just as it is concluded, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the plaintiff's appeal.
