1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 1,125,246,109 and KRW 274,210,628 among them. From March 5, 2019.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the provisions on statutory interest rate (Enforcement Decree) under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (hereinafter “Act”) were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced from June 1, 2019, the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, the Plaintiff recognized the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from among the parts on which the Plaintiff seeks damages for delay under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, and dismissed the claim for the exceeding portion.
