1. On March 23, 2015, around 16:23, the injured Defendant found at the home of the victim D (the age of 56) located in Naju City, without any specific reason, and found out the horses from the victim at home to the victim's face at several times, and walked the victim's face part at several times, and walked from the victim's face to the victim's face at hand. On March 23, 2015, the injured Defendant followed the victim's walk back to the defendant's workplace, and returned to the defendant's workplace, around 16:52 of the same day as described in paragraph (a) and returned to the defendant's workplace, and returned to the victim's end on the 16:52 day after getting on the victim's house, and returned to the neighbor's door to the "F" that visited the victim and visited the victim's body for about 14 days.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act;

A. On March 23, 2015, around 16:52, the Defendant driven an E SP car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the Defendant’s workplace located in G to the front of the victim’s house as set forth in paragraph (1) from the front of the Defendant’s workplace to the front of the victim’s house as set forth in paragraph (1).

B. On March 23, 2015, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in the E Spo-type under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.105% without obtaining a driver’s license within about 17 meters from the end of the victim’s house to the front day of the same house.
