The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is the victim B (AF, 42 years of age) and the person who was a married couple, who is currently pending in a divorce lawsuit.
On September 12, 2013, the Defendant committed assault against the victim 23 times in total at the same place from the time until July 23, 2017, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto, on the ground that the victim was divingd along with children in the house of the Defendant in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;
B. On July 17, 2019, the victim after filing a public prosecution, expressed his/her intention not to punish him/her;
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
