【Criminal Facts】

1. As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with 3.60,000 won in total at the market price from the victim’s seat.

2. Around February 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around February 4, 2020, ordered the victim’s “G” operation of the victim FF in Osan-si; and (b) as if the victim would pay a normal price, the Defendant ordered the victim to provide alcohol, alcohol, and alcohol.

However, even if the defendant was provided with food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received beer and beer a total of 180,000 won from the victim, and did not pay a total of 90,000 won, such as singing and usage fees, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to KRW 270,000.

3. At around 05:00 on February 3, 2020, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol, alcohol, etc. to the victim as if he/she would normally pay the cost to the victim in the main room 2 of the J of the operation of the victim I in Ansan-gu, Mayang-si.

However, even if the defendant was provided with food, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
