The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in holding that there is a secured claim for the registration of the establishment of a mortgage of this case and that the registration of the establishment of a mortgage of this case was based on the title trust or the false agreement, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law such as failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations or exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.
