1. The auction price shall be the remainder after deducting the auction cost from the price, which is calculated by selling a lot of 681m2 in Masan-si, Changwon-si D.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendants owned 1/3 shares of each of the real estate listed in the Disposition No. 1. Since the agreement on division was not reached and it is impossible to divide in kind, the Plaintiff and the Defendants filed a claim for the division of the jointly owned property due to the payment in installments.
