1. The Defendant’s KRW 120,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from February 29, 2012 to April 21, 2017 to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff lent KRW 120 million to the Defendant, and paid 50 million interest per annum from the Defendant on September 20, 201, at the rate of 50% per annum on the above loan; the principal was drawn up on February 28, 2012; however, the Plaintiff failed to receive the above loan, and sought payment.
