Punishment of the crime
On June 16, 2013, at around 17:20, the Defendant driven Bone Star-kick under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.209% at a section of approximately 1km from the southnam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Dendong-dong 221-3 of the same fishery business to the southnam-dong 221-3 of the same fishery business.
