1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 25,700,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 22, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

On September 4, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) received a request from the Defendant for the installation of a non-electric unit on a ship on November 23, 2015; and (b) there is no dispute between the parties to the construction; and (c) on the other hand, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 15,00,000 among the said money from the Defendant; (d) as the Plaintiff claimed, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of the payment order amount of KRW 25,70,000, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 22, 2016 to the day of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
