[criminal record] On June 15, 2010, the Defendant issued, at the Jeju District Court, a summary order of KRW 2 million for a fine of KRW 6 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime in the same court on March 6, 2013, and on January 9, 2014, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for a fine of KRW 7 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license).

[Criminal Facts] On March 23, 2018, the Defendant was a person who violated the provision on the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol at least twice, but was under the influence of alcohol at around 0.112% of alcohol level on March 23, 2018, while driving a funst-traffic vehicle at approximately 300 meters in front of the front road of the Jeju City.
