With respect to the foregoing case, this Court is out of the indication of the defense counsel of the 10th trial decision rendered on October 30, 2017.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
