A, C, and F are punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, Defendant G is punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year, Defendant B, and E.

E Co., Ltd. supplied from O to BFG, which is various kinds of secondary gas generated from a P Co., Ltd., Ltd. (including 22% of sulfur oxide gas generated from the high luminous street in the P Co., Ltd.) and LDG (including 64% of sulfur oxide gas generated from the electric power plant, which is a facility to remove fire from metal scrap in the Q Co., Ltd.) and then burned it, and subcontracted to B Co., Ltd. the extension of factory facilities from July 1, 201 to the business owner who operates power generation in the way of producing electricity return to the spherb by burning it.

Defendant

Since July 1, 2011, B Co., Ltd. was the business owner who runs various construction businesses with the head office in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (T) and was subcontracted by E Co., Ltd. with “E RR power plant 5-8 boiler construction work” and subcontracted to U Co., Ltd. various appurtenant works during the said construction work.

D is a person who was the representative director of the E Company and is responsible for safety and health management for workers belonging to E Company and workers working within the business place of E Company while exercising the final right to make a decision on the progress of construction works and works inside E Company.

F is a person who was the head of the construction headquarters of the ER power plant, and is a person in charge of overall management of the boiler team, trial operation team, and the E-VV team working at the above construction site, who is involved in the ebdoer team, the E-Vber team, the e-tester team, and the e-testine operation team engaged in the e-mailing work of heating in advance, used in boiler heat in order to improve efficiency in the process of producing electricity by heating the boiler to use the e-stove high-speed gas using the boiler system, and of raising efficiency in the process of producing electricity.
