1. The defendant shall pay 46,263,700 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 24, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff on the claim is a company that manufactures and sells medical devices. The Defendant is a company that manufactures and sells medical devices, medical supplies, cosmetic-type products, etc., and the Plaintiff supplied D and other medical supplies to the Defendant by November 30, 2018, and the Defendant did not pay KRW 46,263,70 out of the price (the Defendant does not perform its obligation to pay the said money by December 5, 2018 until December 15, 2018, even if the Defendant promised to pay the said money by December 30, 2012).
