Of the 27,282.1m2 in Gangnam-gu Seoul, the attached Form 1 Map No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 4-1, 5-1, 6, 7, and 1 are successively connected.
Facts of recognition
The Plaintiff is an organization approved for the establishment by the head of Gangnam-gu Office on December 3, 2003 pursuant to Article 14 of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environments (hereinafter referred to as the "Urban Improvement Act") for the purpose of removing apartment buildings and stores constructed on the ground of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, 27,282.1 square meters (hereinafter referred to as the "land in this case") and promoting the reconstruction of apartment buildings and neighborhood shops on the site.
The land of this case is constructed with four A apartment buildings (hereinafter referred to as "the apartment of this case") and one commercial building (hereinafter referred to as "the commercial building of this case").
The apartment and commercial building of this case are 529 households in total; 72 households in the apartment building of this case; 190 households in the second apartment, 3 households in the third Dong, 144 households in the fourth Dong, 72 households in the fourth Dong, and 51 households in the commercial building of this case.

The Defendants, Defendant C, Appointeds, Appointeds, Defendant Intervenors, Defendant Intervenors, Defendant Intervenors and Intervenors and Intervenors, Defendant 1, 2, 3, 4 and 643 listed on the table Nos. 1 through 494, and 584 through 643 listed on the list No. 3 are co-owners of the instant apartment Nos. 1, 2, and 3, and the “Party” listed on the table Nos. 495 to 583 listed on the table No. 495 and No. 583 are co-owners of the instant apartment No. 4, who are co-owners of the instant apartment No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and commercial buildings, and the share of the instant land in proportion to the share of each section of exclusive ownership, and the aggregate share of the owners of the instant land No. 1, 2, 3, and 351 and 45.375/15 and 515 of the instant land owners.
On February 12, 2008, and January 22, 2010, in order to establish an association under the Urban Improvement Act, the Plaintiff urged the sectional owners of the instant apartment and commercial buildings to give consent to the establishment of the association.
