A. (1) On January 14, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking compensation for damages against the Plaintiff, 492,637,435 won, and damages for delay on or around April 6, 201, for the following reasons: (a) the Plaintiff was a doctor operating the Dan Foreign Medical Service in Pyeongtaek-si; (b) E, who received the Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man (hereinafter “the instant procedure”) from the Plaintiff at the hospital and received the Man Man Man Man Man Man Man (hereinafter “the instant procedure”); and (c) upon receiving the Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man Man 1318 (hereinafter “the instant first instance court”).

B. On September 30, 201, the first instance court rendered a judgment on September 30, 201 that the above disability of E was caused by the Plaintiff’s negligence in the course of the instant procedure, and that the Plaintiff is obliged to pay damages to E for lost income, care expenses, aids, consolation money totaling KRW 239,105,166, and damages for delay.

B. (1) On October 13, 2011, the Plaintiff appealed to the conclusion of the judgment of the first instance related to the instant case, and filed an appeal (E also filed an appeal on October 18, 201) with Seoul High Court 201Na86425 (hereinafter “relevant appellate court”), and concluded a delegation contract with the Defendant, an attorney-at-law on December 20, 2011, and accordingly, the Defendant became the Plaintiff’s legal representative in the instant appellate court.

The appellate court of the instant case sent the authentic copy of the decision in lieu of conciliation on March 26, 2012, when the parties did not reach an agreement on March 21, 2012, and on March 26, 2012, the appellate court of the instant case sent the authentic copy of the decision in lieu of conciliation to E. The content thereof is as follows: 146,168,890 won.
