Reasons

1. Claim for the remaining lease deposit after deducting KRW 241,417,025 from the plaintiffs' claim for the return of lease deposit against the defendant 600,000,000 as a result of the termination of the lease agreement between the plaintiffs and the defendant as to No. 1101 of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu D No. 101, which was concluded between the plaintiffs and the defendant, for the remainder of the lease deposit amount after deducting KRW 358,582,975, and damages for delay.
