1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit include the costs incurred by the supplementary participation.

Reasons

1. Details of the decision on retrial;

A. On December 9, 2008, Plaintiff A entered the Intervenor’s Intervenor’s Intervenor (hereinafter “ Intervenor”) on July 16, 2008, and Plaintiff B served as the corporate support team leader, Plaintiff B as the business support team leader, and Plaintiff B as the business support team leader, and Plaintiff A and B are affiliated with Plaintiff A and C’s National Public Research Trade Union (hereinafter “Plaintiff Union”).

B. On July 7, 2016, according to the personnel committee resolution (hereinafter “the personnel committee of this case”), the intervenor: (a) on July 11, 2016, Plaintiff A and B conducted a package trip without proceeding as the date following the meeting; (b) on November 13 through November 14, 2015, a plan to strengthen the hub function of regional innovation; and (c) a workshop for establishing a business intermediary plan (hereinafter “instant workshop”) to notify the outside instructor, etc. of the event, the intervenor should modify the workshop plan or cancel the event; (d) on the other hand, the intervenor participated in the workshop event with six external personnel present at the meeting of the service report prior to the event; and (e) on the other hand, Plaintiff A and B conducted a package trip without proceeding as the date following the meeting; and (e) prepared a false report on the results of the meeting without the prior approval of the outside personnel's signature and the suspension of the work; and (e) prepared a false report on the result of the event as to Plaintiff A's use of the workshop.

C. The Plaintiffs filed an application for remedy with the Chungcheong Regional Labor Relations Commission that each of the instant disciplinary actions constitutes an unfair disciplinary action and unfair labor practice.

On December 19, 2016, the Chungcheongnam-Nam Regional Labor Relations Commission made an unfair disciplinary action.
