A. The status (1) of the party was deceased on April 15, 1999, and the F’s heir was the Plaintiff, G, H, I, J, and K, who was his child.

(2) L died on July 29, 1982, and his heir M, N, Defendant C,O, P, Q, and R as his wife’s heir.

B. On July 29, 1982, the division and ownership relationship (1) of the instant land (hereinafter “instant land”) was inherited to Defendant B 6/30 shares, M, and N, and 6/30 shares, 6/30 shares, 6/30 shares, 0, P, Q, and R, respectively.

(2) On November 3, 1984, M, N, Defendant C,O, P, and Q had completed the registration of ownership transfer for the total of 20/30 shares of their inheritance shares in the land pre-divisioned on November 1, 1984 to Defendant B, and R completed the registration of ownership transfer for the total of 4/30 shares of their inheritance shares in the land pre-divisioned on March 7, 1991 to Defendant B on February 1, 1991.

(3) On November 11, 1993, from the site of the Seoul before the subdivision, DJ 524 square meters (hereinafter “D site before subdivision”) was divided.

(4) On July 6, 1999, Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the site D prior to the subdivision on July 6, 199 on the ground of the donation made by July 5, 199.

(5) On February 26, 2013, D’s land before subdivision was divided into D’s 508 square meters (hereinafter “D’s land”) and E’s 16 square meters (hereinafter “E’).

C. Around 1960, F related to the possession of the instant land resided on the instant land before subdivision, and died after occupying the said land. Since then, the Plaintiff independently succeeded to F’s possession and possessed it up to now. The occupied portion is the portion indicated in the annexed drawing(A) and the instant E site (hereinafter “each of the instant sites”).
