1. On September 23, 2015, around 16:30 on September 23, 2015, the Defendant posted a notice stating that he/she sold Aphone 5S mobile phones to “number 5S mobile phones”, an Internet site, by using a computer, from 303 on the Defendant’s domicile, at around September 16:30.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On September 25, 2015, around 16:56, the Defendant posted a notice on September 25, 2015, stating that he/she sold an alley string code to a “number mar,” an Internet site, using a computer, from Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, the Defendant’s domicile.

However, there was no intention or ability to send out the subscription code, even if the defendant did not have any flag code, and received money from others, even if he received money from others.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 15,000 won from the victim E to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant’s birth, regardless of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant, around September 26, 2015, sold Grand Cultural Products Rights to “Seara,” which is an Internet site, by means of a computer from 303 on September 26, 2015, around the Defendant’s residence, at around 22:20.
