A (A) On January 24, 200, an industrial trainee visa (D-3) entered the Republic of Korea as an industrial trainee visa (D-3) and was employed as a worker at C, Youngcheon, and entered the Republic of Korea on December 7, 2004, and entered the Republic of Korea on or around March 6, 2012 and thereafter entered the Republic of Korea as a non-professional employment visa (E-9) with the personal information of D (D and E).

The Defendant, while entering the Republic of Korea as a past visa and leaving Indonesia upon the expiration of the visa, was aware of his age that he could not enter the Republic of Korea again due to his re-employment visa, had forged a passport stating another person's personal information and used it to enter the Republic of Korea.

The Defendant paid 30 million won or more to the broer specialized in employment in Indonesia City, and made a forged passport with the Defendant’s photograph attached to his personal information, and entered the Republic of Korea upon obtaining a non-professional employment visa (E-9) by using it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the performance of duties related to the entry inspection of public officials of the above Immigration Office through deceptive means, and exercised the above passport, which is a private document in the name of a forged Indonesia.

2. On March 21, 2012, the Defendant was engaged in obstruction of the performance of official duties by deceptive means and the uttering of a superior investigative document. On March 21, 2012, the Defendant is located in 22, 911-ro, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
