Punishment of the crime
A person who intends to conduct a juvenile game providing business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after installing facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports
The Defendant, “2016 High 1476,” without registering with the competent authorities, set up one straw game machine (alley) on the front side of the AF located in Musan AE from May 2016 to May 2016, which is a game product for the entire use of the public.
The Defendant, “2016 high-level 1477,” without registering with the competent authority, installed two game software apparatuses, such as “alleys,” which are game products used in front of the AH convenience store located in Daegu-gu AG, from March 16, 2016 to March 16, 2016, and operated game business for providing many and unspecified persons with game products.
From February 2, 2016 to May 2, 2016, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authority, installed 11 game equipment in the AJPC in the AI located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu from February 2, 2016 (AJPC) and provided the public with 11 game equipment in total as shown in attached Table 1 of crimes committed.

From around the AL convenience point in Daegu-gu AK, up to 26, a total of 12 game apparatuses were installed and provided for an unspecified number of unspecified numbers of games as shown in the attached Table No. 2, including, without registering with the competent authorities, the provision of a game machine for the entire use of the game products by installing one unit for each of the unspecified number of games, the game products for the entire use of which are game products, without registering with the competent authorities.
The Defendant, “2016 High 2274,” without registering with the competent authority from April 201 to July 26, 2016, provided a juvenile game providing business by installing one unit of “alley-type game machine,” which is a game product for total use in front of the Daegu Northern-gu AM, Daegu, and providing it to an unspecified number of unspecified persons.
