A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Provided, That the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Criminal facts
1. Trade in marijuana;
A. On May 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 100,000 to a seller on the name-free passbook, which was known through the Internet BSNS, and then purchased approximately KRW 17,00 through the so-called “the so-called “the so-called” method in which the seller directly recovers the hemp plant that was hidden around the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul building.
B. Around May 17, 2019, the Defendant issued KRW 100,000 to the foreigners in the name of Mapo-gu Seoul, and purchased approximately KRW 1g of the hemp tobacco plant.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. On May 2019, the Defendant: (a) around “C” buildings; (b) No. 1-A.

C. On May 18, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that, around May 18, 2019, the Defendant made the hemp tobacco plant possessed, D, E, and, at the time of the Defendant’s residence, as marijuana tobacco.
On May 20, 2019, at the Defendant’s residence on May 20, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by making marijuana tobacco in his possession as marijuana tobacco.
E. On May 21, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the vicinity of “G” f of the Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, by creating the hemp tobacco plant in possession as marijuana tobacco.
