Defendant C received another person’s passbook or e-mail card from an employee of scaming operations at a designated location under the direction of the name of the telephone financial fraud (hereinafter “Scing”) (hereinafter “Scing”), or withdrawn the amount of damage deposited by the victims of scam from the passbook or e-mail card, and thereby, received the amount of damage equivalent to 10% of the amount of money withdrawn in return.

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant, with the knowledge of the fact that the money withdrawn as above in accordance with the solicitation of the said C was related to the Bosing fraud, conspired to play the role of “bills” and “books” under the instruction of the said “D,” and to receive 3% of the amount that was withdrawn or received in return.

1. Fraud;

A. On February 24, 2015, the victim E’s false statement that he/she would call the victim E to sell Aluminum wheelchairs, and that he/she shall have the victim deposit KRW 12,00,000 with the national bank account (G) in the name of the F on the same day, and the defendant deposited KRW 12,00,000 in the name of the national bank account (G) in accordance with the above “D”’s order. The defendant collected KRW 6,00,000 from the cash withdrawal machine of the national bank in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and transferred it to the account designated by “D”, and again, deposited KRW 5,550,000 from the said cash withdrawal machine to the account designated by “D”, and had the victim obtain it from the organization of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with the aforementioned “D” and the singishing staff, by deceiving the victim, acquired the amount of KRW 12,00,000 by deceiving the victim.

B. On February 26, 2015, the employee of the scaming scam of the victim H sold the scrap metal by phone to H of the victim (the victim) solar resources. However, the payment of scrap metal is dismissed.
