On February 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on April 13, 2012, which became final and conclusive by the Supreme Court on April 13, 2012.

On September 2010, the Defendant purchased two copies of a counterfeited household check, the par value of which is five million won, from C, from the end of which is five million won or more. Accordingly, around February 11, 2011, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against C and D in Seongdong-gu 162, Seongdong-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, U.S. 2, U.S. 162.

Nevertheless, the Defendant submitted a written complaint prepared by mail on February 11, 201 to a police officer who is unable to know the name of the Seoul Songpa-dong Police Station located in 9, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to obtain criminal punishment against C and D.
