1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) by the Defendant is a person engaging in driving a B B B-S car.

On July 4, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of the noise measurement) by causing an accident as described in Article 1(1) of the Road Traffic Act at the J located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget-gun, and upon receiving a resident’s report, and there is considerable reason to recognize that the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol by not later than three times until 00:58 of the same day, on the grounds that there is a reasonable ground to believe that the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as drinking, drinking, and walking, from the slope belonging to the K Zone of the Budget Police Station, which was called upon by the residents.
