A. The non-party E, F and the defendant are in the same literature with G High School, and the plaintiff A and B are children of E, and the plaintiff C is F's children.

B. From April 207, G High School (including the Plaintiffs and the Defendant)’s families or their families purchased land of HJ to 10,056 from Leecheon-si (hereinafter “instant housing site”) and created as a site for a electric power resource, and promote the business of purchasing some of them, and entrust the Defendant with all of the affairs, such as revenues and expenditures of the business fund, purchase of land, authorization and permission for the creation of a electric power resource housing site, civil engineering works, sale of individual housing site, division, and registration.

C. At the early stage of the foregoing project, the Defendant recruited 130,000 won per square meter and the cost of creating infrastructure per square meter, and recruited 80,000 won per square meter, and around 20,000 persons including the Plaintiffs and the Defendant, including the Defendant (hereinafter “number buyers”) participated in the above project. The Plaintiffs and the buyers including the Defendant, including the Defendant, were to pay 30,000 won per square meter per square meter of the partitioned plot of land around January 22, 2008, around July 18, 2008, with additional funds necessary for the above project, and to pay 50,000 won per square meter around April 23, 2009, and 60,000 won per square meter around September 8, 2009. < Amended by Act No. 9327, Jan. 22, 2009>

C. Therefore, from April 17, 2007 to April 14, 2010, Plaintiff A and B delivered KRW 307,818,428 in total to the Defendant at the land purchase cost, construction cost, and other expenses (362 square meters for Plaintiff A’s sale area and 349 square meters for Plaintiff B), and Plaintiff C delivered KRW 85,895,858 in total to the Defendant under the same name as from November 27, 2007 to March 15, 201.

(The sale area of the plaintiff C is 190 square meters).

By August 201, the Defendant completed most necessary construction works, such as the purchase of the instant housing site and the creation of a site for electric source housing, the alteration of the form and quality of land, the construction of roads in access roads and complexes, the construction of national highways connection roads, the construction of water supply and drainage and electrical conduits, and the installation of joint septic tanks.
