Reasons
The Plaintiff asserted that he lent KRW 3.5 million to the Defendant on January 16, 2014 at a rate of 20% per annum. However, the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff alone is insufficient to recognize the above lending, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed on the grounds of its reasoning, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified on the grounds of its conclusion, so the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed and it is so decided as per Disposition.
