On September 2, 2016, around 07:20, the Defendant driven the B-wing truck while under the influence of alcohol of 0.111% of alcohol alcohol concentration at a 0.11% in front of the shooting distance from the Do near the Central Station in Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the “Sasan-si,” the Defendant driven the B-wing truck under the influence of alcohol content.
