However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On August 19, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of three million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on August 19, 2013; on October 30, 2014, a fine of five million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court on October 30, 2014; on June 21, 2016, the Defendant is still serving in the appellate trial after having been sentenced to a fine of one million won for a indecent act by force on the part of the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court.

On June 9, 2016, at around 16:50, the Defendant driven a C-car at approximately 0.117% level with blood alcohol content without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 20km from the front of the instant frequency to the 29th national highway in the Cheongcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter referred to as the “Sacheon-gun”).

2. 피고인은 2016. 6. 12. 22:10경 충남 부여군 D에 있는 ‘E’ 술집에서 술에 취하여 소란을 피우던 중 112신고를 받고 출동한 부여경찰서 F지구대 소속 경위 G, 순경 H에게 “씹새끼야 빨리 기동대를 출동시켜라”라고 욕을 하고 소란을 피워 F지구대까지 임의동행을 한 뒤 F지구대에서 순경 H에게 “야 젊은 새끼 너 죽었어, 지금 E 술집에 시체 12구가 있다.”라고 욕을 하고, 순경 I에게 “야 씨발년아 내가 부르는 대로 빨리 적어라, 야 씨발년아 뭘 쪼개냐”라며 욕을 하자 경위 G로부터 왜 경찰관들에게 욕을 하느냐며 제지를 받게 되었다.

As above, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the above G; (b) took a bath to the said G; and (c) took the chest of the said G once, and obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties concerning the handling of 112 reports.
